Cooking Class - 4-Day Foodie Fun Kids: Baking Delights
Baking is made easy for kids in this cooking series.
This hands-on baking class dives deep into the basics of baking and instills kitchen safety into children while encouraging them to have fun and express themselves. Kids aged 7-11 will learn exciting new skills in the kitchen such as reading recipes, using measuring utensils and oven safety all under the direction of an engaging five-star professional chef. At the end of the week, your kids will leave with a baking certificate and enough baking skills to last a lifetime.
Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes. Parents do not stay during the classes.

Chef was great, I just feel that the context of the class was very poor. Nothing to excited. The dessert was definitely not the best. Coming from NYC and being in the catering business my expectations were high.

Born into a family of cooks and chefs, Chef Jaken has always had a strong passion for food. After attending culinary school, he began his professional career, learning a variety of culinary trades from gourmet chefs. Chef Jaken has created his own cooking techniques over the years and continues to push himself past his limits in the kitchen. He looks forward to passing on his knowledge and skills through immersive cooking classes.
