Cooking Class - 3-Day Foodie Fun Teens: Global Pastries

What You’ll Do

A mini baking course designed for teens to elevate their baking skills while having fun.

During these engaging summer cooking classes, teens will explore a hands-on experience learning how to bake exquisite pastries. These cooking summer classes are designed for ages 12 and older. An expert chef will guide them step by step as they become more confident in the kitchen, exploring elevated menus, global cuisines and key baking techniques. After the course, each student will take home a printed menu with all the recipes made in class, as well as a graduation certificate to celebrate their achievements.

Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes. Parents do not stay during the classes.

I drove 1-1/2 hr both ways to share experience with daughter. Chef never showed up and class was cancelled. And no notifications sent. How would you feel?
