What You’ll Do

Learn professional cooking skills in this immersive 5-day course

Not just one cooking class, but a series of classes over a five day period, this culinary experience has been developed for teens aged 12 and above. Young adults will enjoy this hands-on kitchen experience, getting to grips with essential food prepping skills, as well as learning safety protocols and how to create delicious dishes.

Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes. Parents do not stay during the classes.

The experience was fun and we learned a lot. My only issue was my chicken was not cooked completely and I was not able to eat it. Everything else was great.
