What You’ll Do

Inspire their joy for baking fun creations!

Children ages 7-11 will become confident cooks during this immersive 5-day cooking series. Little chefs will spark their creativity and get busy discovering the joy of baking in these summer cooking classes. Flipping crepes, kneading dough and decorating cakes are just a few of the fun activities planned for them. By the end of this series, they will have gained essential skills for food safety and prep and developed a lifelong love for cooking. Each student receives a printed menu and certificate of graduation. Register them today!

Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes. Parents do not stay during the classes.

We enjoyed our ravioli making class, it was absolutely delicious! Tasha was a great teacher and we will definitely try this recipe at home. Our only feedback is that we went as a couple and didn’t love that our group was a foursome and that meant that other people’s hands were all over our food. I understand that some might come as singles and that’s absolutely great—we love meeting new people and sharing the table space with others is enjoyable. But not everyone adheres to the food handling rules and this was a bit off-putting. If the recipe could be split up for each person or twosome to have their own ingredients, we would have enjoyed it a bit more. Again, loved the recipe though.

This is the first time I have ever done something like this, and I had a really good experience. Kerrian was a very good instructor, and I would take a class with her again.
