Cooking Class - 5-Day Foodie Fun Teens: Baking Beyond
A 5-day forum for teens ready to take step forward in their baking journey.
Help your teen chefs take their baking skills to the next level with this exciting cooking series tailored to young gourmets. This tempting collection of five summer cooking classes is designed to instill greater confidence while building on existing abilities and introducing entirely new methods. With guided instruction from an expert chef, your teens will challenge themselves with a selection of sweet and savory bakes. When classes are completed, each student will receive a menu of their creations and a certificate of graduation commemorating their achievement!
Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes. Parents do not stay during the classes.

I thought the class was fine. The food we cooked was tasty but it did seem like we were just putting ingredients together in a rushed format. I thought there should have been more of an opportunity to make the raviolis, everything seemed rushed and a bit hectic. Also I wish we could have had Togo boxes but all we got was a ziplock and there was so much food waste. Also, we did not get the recipes and thought that would have been nice. Overall the instructor was swift but definitely seemed a bit like she was racing against the clock to get through everything.

Spicy in the best of ways! Very quick-witted and you can tell she has a lot of experience. It was a fun interactive group experience for our work team. Will definitely be back to get yelled at some more.
