Impress your partner with a romantic evening filled with delicious Tuscan flavors in this date night cooking class. You and your partner will work together to create a sumptuous Tuscan-inspired meal. Chef Michael arrived in the culinary world as an all-around creative looking for his next challenge. His career in environmental and graphic design included work with Toyota and Amazon before his fascination with cuisine led him to Le Cordon Bleu for a blue ribbon program of study. He honed his talents further as assistant pastry chef at Le Marais. Now, Chef Michael applies his creativity to teaching others the art of cuisine.

An amazing experience! Nothing was rushed. Everything was well prepared and planned out. The chef made us feel comfortable and relaxed the whole time. We are definitely scheduling another time for a different menu!

My son and I had a great time at the cooking class. Chef Michael was really good with the class, getting everyone involved and offering lots of useful cooking tips. We would definitely take another class.

While Chef Michael is very knowledgeable (which is why I'm putting 2 stars instead of 1), it was frustrating that almost nothing was that hands on and everything was done for us in advance. I wish I could get a refund or credit to try a different class because nothing new was learned and the only thing my partner did was break lettuce in half, when this was a surprise birthday gift for him. We both were disappointed. The only thing I did was cut parsley and mix butter. I would have loved to go back and try a new course, but I spent $200 on this one and really regret it. If I could sign up for a different course, my mind would maybe change but as of now, I don't recommend spending that much money unless there's a guarantee that it's hands on.

Chef Michael was great. He was very personable and gave tips and shared his culinary knowledge. it was a fun afternoon. Wish it was for the Fragrant Thai Cuisine class, but learning about gnocchis was good as well.

I attended this class with my 10 year old stepdaughter. We had a blast! There are times we would have enjoyed doing more, like making the broth or pickled mushrooms, however I understand the time constraints. Chef Michael was very clear and relatable and we would definitely come again!

I loved the class. The ladies I was paired up with were a little chatty so was hard to listen to chef! Before class I was very intimidated but after class I was I got this! Excited to try making fresh pasta my self! Great class over all would definitely take again!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary with this cooking class and had so much fun! Would have been better with a little wine or champagne but it was great. We've already made a few of the dishes!!
