Learn the secrets of creating Spain's national dish with Chef Camila!

Spaniards love to cook the slow way and enjoy the entire process, from buying the ingredients to preparation to sitting down to eat and chat. During this 3-hour hands-on class, Chef Camila will teach you how to make everyone’s favorite Spanish recipe from scratch, taking time to explain the process. While the paella is simmering, enjoy a selection of tapas and Spanish wine. Chef Camila will change the variety of Paella, according to what’s available seasonally. Vegetarian Paella is available upon request.

The event includes a three-course meal, instruction, and the recipes to take home with you.

I recently moved to Berkeley after 15 years in Barcelona, learning and loving the culture and the local food scene. The Americans I taught there urged me to bring the Spanish food to California.
