What You’ll Do

Nothing is cozier than a fresh, homemade pasta night in.

Immerse yourself in the art of pasta-making in this unique cooking class, which is a collaboration with America's Test Kitchen. Once you learn how to make pasta by hand, you'll never want to buy dried pasta again. During the class, you'll acquire expert techniques for braising to perfection, making fresh dough and learning unique pasta-cutting styles.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Scott did a great job. The evening was a lot of fun, we learned new things and really enjoyed the cooking and eating a great meal.
