Cooking Class - Inspired Flavors of Peruvian Food

Join Master Chef Orlando for a cooking class that introduces you to the balanced delights of Peruvian cuisine. Your interactive culinary journey begins with preparing fresh ceviche, where you will refine your knife skills while chopping, mincing and dicing fragrant onions, succulent seafood and pungent garlic. Then, discover the art of pan-searing juicy beef tips with refreshing tomatoes, aromatic onions and thinly sliced scallions to create lomo saltado. As a side, mix and assemble a healthy, nutty quinoa salad, and for dessert, assemble moist, sweet tres leches cake.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
