You’ll delve into the art of crafting shepherd’s pie, a comforting classic adorned with a golden sweet potato topping. Learn how to craft a rustic soda bread with Irish cheddar and spring onion, mastering the perfect blend of flavors and textures. When it’s time for dessert, we’ll share secrets for making a decadent chocolate bread pudding spiked with Irish cream.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
