Who can resist the allure of fresh, pillowy gnocchi made from scratch?
In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Joshua will guide you through the process of making gnocchi with the freshest ingredients. You will start by creating your own pasta dough with potato, flour and egg. Then, after kneading and shaping that dough, you'll learn all about flavor pairings as you create a savory, citrus-infused sauce using salty jamón, lemon, Parmesan cheese and butter. Finally, you will combine your fresh pasta with the sauce, and voilà, you've got a simple yet delectable gourmet dish!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
