WHAT YOU’LL DO
Learn the art of Korean lettering for cake decorating in this interactive cooking class.
Korean cakes are minimalistic yet intricate in design, and you can learn how to craft them in this interactive cooking class. Chef Saejin will take you step-by-step through creating this popular minimalist design. You will start with a pre-baked strawberry pure milk cream cake sheet, use expert knife skills to slice it, build it, frost it and decorate it with Korean-style calendar design lettering. Throughout the class, you'll refine your skills and learn to work with essential kitchen tools, including a turntable, spatula and piping bag.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
