Learn the art of Korean retro letter design in this fun pastry making cooking class.
Embark on a sweet culinary journey to Korea in this authentic cooking class led by Chef Saejin. You'll discover the art of using retro design lettering to decorate a decadent chocolate cream cake. The class will teach you essential icing techniques as Chef Saejin demonstrates professional methods for achieving a flat, smooth cake using light, fluffy and fresh whipped cream. At the end of the class, you'll receive a boxed and lettered chocolate cream cake to take home and enjoy with friends. A fancy cake box is included.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
