In this cooking class, Chef Lena will teach you how to prepare a wild salmon dish with impressive sides. She will start off the meal with an array of antipasti like marinated tomatoes, red roasted peppers, and a melody of olives. Next she will show you how to prepare the delicious grilled salmon dish accompanied by oven-roasted rosemary potatoes.
Dessert will be a creamy vanilla fruit tart, a fudgy chocolate cake, or a decadent pound cake. This cooking class will leave you full of wholesome, delicious food and with the skills needed to recreate the meal for all your friends and family. It will take place in Chef Lena's beautiful home in San Jose.
