Immerse yourself in the spirit of the Pacific Northwest with this in-depth cooking class. Begin with mastering the secrets of perfectly smoked meat and learn to enhance these flavors with delicious aromas. Sharpen your knife skills with delectable sides that complement your main dish, and learn to incorporate regional ingredients into fresh salads that complete the meal.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Wonderful experience! Molly was informative, knowledgeable and very approachable. As a better than average cook I can say that I learned a trick or two! It was a fun and enjoyable few hours.
