WHAT YOU’LL DO

Combine fluffy gnocchi and succulent seafood in this delectable meal.
You will learn how to make this indulgent gourmet dish in this fun and immersive cooking class. Chef John will guide you through the process of making this dish by hand. First, learn how to create gnocchi dough with ricotta cheese, flour, and eggs. You will then knead and shape the dough and cook it until the pasta is perfectly pillowy. Then, you will create a delicious seafood sauce with butter-poached shrimp, pickled mushrooms and an herb butter sauce. Finally, toss your gnocchi in the sauce and let your taste buds embark on a culinary adventure.
The cooking class is set in a brewery. Ready your aprons for a dash of fun in this pop-up cooking class!
