What You’ll Do

Learn how to prepare fresh from scratch pasta at the comfort of your home.

Explore the art of freshy made pasta with this cooking class designed for home chefs of all levels. Joined by a gourmet chef, you'll explore traditional techniques for creating Italian favorites.

Practice mixing flour, eggs and salt to make strings of tagliolini pasta. Simmer an Alfredo or tomato sauce with garlic, shallots, tomatoes or cream. Chop greens for a fresh Caesar salad with crunchy garlic croûtons. For dessert, enjoy a citrus mascarpone cheesecake with citrus fruit and an almond crust.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had a wonderful and delicious evening with Chef Crystal — making the ravioli was fun, and every bite of every course was amazing. Plus, nice to have perfectly clean kitchen at the end :). Am interested if Chef Crystal could do an “Asian” cooking class? (We tipped in cash/that night)

Crystal was AMAZING!!! She was so easy to work with and made sure we all had a great time! We all really enjoyed learning how to make the pasta and the dessert was incredible. I highly recommend!!
