I took the ricotta making class from Chef Sandy and had a great time. I learned how to take a 1/2 gallon of milk and turn it into cheese; truly a miracle. Along the way I picked up some cooking techniques and built some confidence in the kitchen. To top it off the entire class had dinner together of all the dishes we made.
Classically trained Chef Sandy is enthusiastic about sharing her passion for food and has a knack for teaching professional culinary skills. She has been part of the culinary industry since 2007 and she has ample experience in teaching the same skills. Indulge in learning to cook a variety of cuisines from this instructor with her welcoming and approachable teaching style or enjoy a gourmet meal expertly prepared.
