Create three classic French desserts to showcase in your own home in this inspired class.
The French are known for their desserts. In this class, you'll discover why. A pastry chef guides you through developing rich caramel and thin-sliced apples to create tarte tatin. Next, you'll learn the art of folding and baking a soufflé with crème anglaise. For the finalé, Crêpes Suzette — flambé and all.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Nice teacher but would have preferred to not share a station - 4 people meant we spent too much time waiting and watching. Wished we had come home with baked croissants since that was the main feature advertised. Otherwise we learned a lot and the cinnamon rolls and pain de chocolate were delicious.

Meet your chef
Chef Michael emigrated to the U.S. from Romania with his family at the age of seven. He followed his family's culinary interests and found joy in the kitchen, with his grandmother and his parents leading the way. After working in various restaurants through high school and beyond, he developed a taste for finer cuisine. His resume grew to include event catering as well as teaching cooking classes, for which Chef Michael holds an abiding passion.
