Learn how to prepare a Paleo lamb or halibut menu for two with Chef V!

In this Paleo cooking class designed for couples, Chef V will show you how to prepare a full, fabulous menu for two! You will begin the class by crafting a gorgeous butter lettuce salad, followed by either a garlic and herb encrusted lamb dish or a lovely fennel and lemon halibut entrée baked in parchment. Dessert will be fresh strawberries dipped and studded with various toppings like cocoa nips and coconut flakes -- but natural strawberry sugars only! This class is hands-on and at the end, you will sit down to enjoy the meal you've created together.

Chef V incorporates her own fresh herbs into her cooking and puts an artful touch on everything, including the water! She has so much knowledge to share with you from Paleo hacks to Los Angeles food recommendations. With an unfailingly positive and upbeat personality, Chef V will inspire you to create your own healthy meals and feel fantastic about food and life!
