Learn how to make classic Indian dishes in this hands-on cooking class.
This immersive cooking class embraces the signature flavors and textures of Indian cuisine. A gourmet chef instructor will teach you the basic techniques and history of Indian cuisine, providing the background you need to create timeless dishes. Gracing the menu are Indian favorites like spiced basmati rice, garlic naan with mint chutney, chicken tikka masala and shrimp in roasted coconut sauce.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The class was easy to follow and the food was delicious! Megan did a great job leading us through each step and the pace was perfect — not too fast and not too slow, happy to answer questions and explain things so we knew not just what to do, but why we were doing it. Thank you so much for the experience!

The food was good. The class was meh. I really wish there were those large mirrors so that we could see the chef demonstrating what to do; instead she just told us to chop the veggies and went around helping individual people as needed. She would demonstrate something using one couple's ingredients but those across the room couldn't really see what she was doing. It was fun, but I probably wouldn't do it again. Also she said we would get the recipes via email and we never did.
