Join an esteemed chef for recipes and techniques straight out of Little Italy. Learn how to simmer a savory tomato sauce for a classic chicken Parmesan and prepare dough for homemade fettuccine Alfredo. End with a refreshing and absolutely creamy mint chocolate chip gelato the entire family will love.
This class is designed for children (ages 7+) and adults to work and learn together. Class price is per person. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This was the first cooking class I took at Sur la Table, it was great! Greg, the chef, did such a great job teaching the class. I'm looking forward to going to more classes.
