Cooking Class - Knife Skills For Kitchen Confidence
Gain kitchen confidence in this cooking class featuring basic knife safety and cutting skills.
Discover how to slice, dice and mince like a pro under a world-class chef. You'll learn how to correctly hold knives and practice basic methods to safely use specialty cutting tools like a chef's, santoku, paring and bread knife. Peel, julienne and chop a variety of fruits, vegetables, fish, beef and chicken.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Fun night learning to cook with my wife. We teamed up with another couple to prepare hands on a wonderful meal that we are looking forward to recreate at home. We are already planning on returning again.

Meet your chef
Chef Jennifer has been passionate about cooking since crafting her own meatloaf recipe at age eight. She holds a BA in Art History from the University of Louisville and spent her early career as a visual merchandise manager and scenic artist. After raising three daughters, Chef Jennifer honed her skills further at The Columbus Culinary Institute, earning an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts. For the past decade, she has worked as a personal chef, media food stylist and chef instructor.
