Diversify your dining options with a sumptuous and opulent lobster-centric dinner experience.
During this cooking class, you’ll learn how to make an elevated, well-rounded menu. A chef will help you prepare fresh ravioli filled with succulent lobster and coated with a buttery white wine beurre blanc sauce. You’ll also make a fresh blood orange fennel salad, crisp crostini with caramelized shallots and a tart balsamic fig jam.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

This was the first cooking class I took at Sur la Table, it was great! Greg, the chef, did such a great job teaching the class. I'm looking forward to going to more classes.
