Cooking Class - Seafood Pasta 3-Course Menu

Learn how to prepare an elegant, from-scratch pasta and seafood meal with Chef Damon.

Join Chef Damon in his hands-on cooking class and learn how to make a three-course menu highlighting stunning seafood pasta. Chef Damon has worked in popular Vegas restaurants and all over Los Angeles, hosting events of all shapes and sizes.

Begin the class by assembling a roasted beet salad with arugula, goat cheese and truffle vinaigrette, followed by master your seafood pasta entrée. End the class on a sweet note with pot de crème.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Damon is super friendly and his seafood pasta is stunning. He prepares everything elegantly and with ease. He also has experience with a lot of different cuisines and shared some really cool knowledge about Caribbean cuisine with me. Definitely recommend Chef Damon for parties large and small!
