Join Chef Damon in his hands-on cooking class and learn how to make a three-course menu highlighting stunning seafood pasta. Chef Damon has worked in popular Vegas restaurants and all over Los Angeles, hosting events of all shapes and sizes.
Begin the class by assembling a roasted beet salad with arugula, goat cheese and truffle vinaigrette, followed by master your seafood pasta entrée. End the class on a sweet note with pot de crème.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
