Chef Shawn is such a nice person. I love pasta making and I recommend this cooking class to anyone who looks for a fun and hands-on experience.
Chef Shawn has been cooking professionally for over 25 years and received degrees from the Los Angeles Trade Tech College of Culinary Arts and Le Cordon Bleu School of Culinary Arts in Surrey, England. He has worked at LA's hottest restaurants and has made television appearances on 60 Minutes, ABC's Top 5 Restaurants, The Taste, The Food Network, and more. He is now an executive chef at a popular restaurant in Malibu and looks forward to hosting you!
