In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Shawn will teach you how to design and cook an impressive multi-course menu from scratch. Infuse flavors of the land, sea and fields, then wrap up with a sweet taste of chocolate peanut butter pie or raspberry crème brûlée.

Chef Shawn has been cooking professionally for over 25 years and has collected degrees from a host of international culinary institutions. Take to the table with Chef Shawn as your guide and learn to re-create his fresh, gourmet takes on classic dishes.

Chef Shawn has been cooking professionally for over 25 years and received degrees from the Los Angeles Trade Tech College of Culinary Arts and Le Cordon Bleu School of Culinary Arts in Surrey, England. He has worked at LA's hottest restaurants and has made television appearances on 60 Minutes, ABC's Top 5 Restaurants, The Taste, The Food Network, and more. He is now an executive chef at a popular restaurant in Malibu and looks forward to hosting you!
