Cooking Class - Croissants From Scratch

What You’ll Do

Explore traditions followed by bakers for centuries as you learn the art of the croissant.

Fill your home bakery tray with a true French classic in this hands-on cooking class. Your chef will guide you through the process of making your own laminated dough and demonstrate the method for transforming it into authentic croissants. You'll also prepare a selection of sweet and savory fillings to complete your creations.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Born into a family of cooks and chefs, Chef Jaken has always had a strong passion for food. After attending culinary school, he began his professional career, learning a variety of culinary trades from gourmet chefs. Chef Jaken has created his own cooking techniques over the years and continues to push himself past his limits in the kitchen. He looks forward to passing on his knowledge and skills through immersive cooking classes.
