Celebrate the season with fresh bread creations in this interactive cooking class.
Dive into the creativity of freshly baked bread from scratch. Under the guidance of an esteemed chef, you will learn how to proof and bake dough for two soft bread varieties. Use time-honored techniques to prepare a raspberry pull-apart bread shaped into a snowflake and topped with homemade icing. You will also make a decadent chocolate hazelnut babka.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef was great, I just feel that the context of the class was very poor. Nothing to excited. The dessert was definitely not the best. Coming from NYC and being in the catering business my expectations were high.

Born into a family of cooks and chefs, Chef Jaken has always had a strong passion for food. After attending culinary school, he began his professional career, learning a variety of culinary trades from gourmet chefs. Chef Jaken has created his own cooking techniques over the years and continues to push himself past his limits in the kitchen. He looks forward to passing on his knowledge and skills through immersive cooking classes.
