Sharpen your slicing, dicing and mincing skills by joining an esteemed chef who knows their way around paring, peeling, santoku and chef's knives. They will explain the basics, go over safety and guide you through classic techniques for vegetables, fruit, poultry, fish and more. Learn how to properly hold the knife to get the best cuts while staying safe in the process.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
