Feast on flavorful Tuscan comfort foods in this engaging cooking class. A chef instructor will guide you through stuffing a pork tenderloin with kale and pancetta and then, giving it the perfect sear. Craft a creamy risotto and stir in pumpkin, parmesan and fried sage. On the side, enjoy a fresh apple and fennel salad topped with hazelnuts. Bake decadent almond and orange cookies and enjoy freshly brewed espresso for dessert.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
