Cooking Class - Sweet and Savory Pie-fection

What You’ll Do

Baking statement desserts is a snap thanks to this pastry focussed session.

Take your desserts to the next level with a hands-on cooking class on pastry. Guided by a baking expert tutor, you’ll prepare fresh pastry dough and use it to make recipes including sweet galettes with berries and lemony mascarpone cream, plus a wild mushroom and goat cheese version and apple cinnamon hand pies.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Jesse brings a rich culinary background to every class, shaped by experience in Michelin-starred restaurants, private chef work and operating his own food ventures. He has played key roles in opening restaurant and brewery kitchens, as well as developing diverse menus. Now instructing, Chef Jesse combines his deep knowledge and passion for food with a love for teaching, helping students master efficient kitchen techniques while making cooking a fun, engaging experience.
