Cooking Class - The Art of Festive Holiday Ravioli

Level up your skills in this cooking class while learning how to make homemade ravioli.

In this hands-on cooking class, put on your apron and learn how to prepare ravioli from scratch this holiday season. A professional chef will guide you through classic recipes using fresh ingredients and authentic techniques to create a curated menu. From a classic acorn squash ravioli to a famed herbed ricotta squash, whip up the pasta dough and craft the fillings and sauce. Then, toss a refreshing arugula salad to round out your festive meal.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We really enjoyed the class and the Chef. The pot we cooked in would be better positioned if it was assessable to everyone. The hood above the cooking area had a nasty layer of grime that surprised us.

1) We have a habit of taking cooking classes when we go on vaca. We have taken several classes in Chicago, Ashville, NC, etc. So we have lots of experience 2) As a Senior, standing the entire time was hard for me, my back was starting to tighten up. My suggestion is that when a person singns up, there should be an option of aksing for a stool. 3) ALL, and I mean ALL, of the previous classes at all venues, gave out a written recicpe for each dish, foe each couple. Not having the paper in front of us there was a lot of confusion that didn't need to happen. The Chef did a great job, but she was having to repeat herself way too many times, and becasue it was a fairly large class, there was a lot of side talking (to be expected) but it got to be so loud that we simply couldn't hear the Chef. 4) Going back to number 1, when the cooking part was over, a place to sit down, to eat, would have been great. 5) With all of the above, we will come back.
