What You’ll Do

Cook comforting Italian dishes using handmade pasta foundations.

Learn the art of handmade pasta in this hands-on cooking class in Carmel (Indianapolis). Start by mixing and rolling fresh spinach pasta dough, then craft fettuccine with roasted winter squash, arugula and pine nuts. You’ll also prepare spinach linguine with walnut sage cream sauce and crispy prosciutto, finishing the meal with caramel and vanilla affogato. Chef Randy or a resident chef will guide you through each step of the pasta-making process. This cooking class in Carmel (Indianapolis) is perfect for anyone who loves Italian comfort food and fresh seasonal ingredients.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The session was amazing. I was a bit overwhelmed with the amount of ingredients i wasn’t aware of. The chef was amazing, patient, and explained the instructions very well across all groups. I came to celebrate my birthday along with my beautiful girlfriend and this DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Thank you.
