What You’ll Do

Discover bold, fresh flavors you'll use to prepare bounty from land and sea.

Uncover the Italian way to do surf and turf with guidance from an expert chef. Get hands-on experience marinating, searing and serving the perfect steak with a rustic and flavorful arugula and fried caper garnish. Make homemade risotto by sautéing pancetta and jumbo shrimp before folding them into a fluffy, buttery risotto base with Parmesan cheese. Finally, chill and enjoy creamy vanilla panna cotta with a homemade hazelnut brittle topping.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
