Cooking Class - Mastering Thai Flavors for Date Night

What You’ll Do

Learn how to balance the five major Thai flavors in three tantalizing dishes.

Explore the vibrant notes of Thai cuisine in this engaging cooking class for an unforgettable date night. A world-class chef will show you how to balance salty, sweet, sour, spicy and bitter ingredients beginning with savory crab spring rolls and a sweet and spicy chili sauce for dipping. Next, craft a classic chicken pad Thai filled with roasted peanuts and fresh bean sprouts, and a decadent coconut crème caramel custard baked to perfection for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We went for a girls night out and a birthday. We had a lot of fun. Food was great. Highly recommend. Will go back for date night with my husband. You can bring your own wine or beer too. We enjoyed a bottle of wine

Randy was great! I just wish the class included cooking a meal along with cutting instructions. This was not worth $80
