Learn the foundations of Asian cuisine in this exciting cooking class.
Explore contemporary Asian cuisine with Chef Jordan, who will guide you learning traditional techniques to enhance your culinary skills.

Begin by crafting crispy garlic naan bread with creamy raita dipping sauce topped with fresh cilantro and spices. Next, simmer chicken thighs, potatoes and bell peppers to create a mouthwatering curry, and steam aromatic coconut rice to enjoy on the side. For dessert, roast fresh pineapple and pair it with zesty lime and creamy coconut yogurt for a well-rounded finish.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had a great time learning techniques that can be applied to multiple cooking situations and not just limited to pasta. Jordan was very personable and an excellent teacher. He was completely prepared and organized making the experience simple and fun. At the end of it all, we had an exceptional four-course meal that was served in our own home that we now know how to make ourselves! We are already gathering the ingredients for the next time WE make this on our own thanks to Jordan's instruction.
