In this hands-on cooking class from Chef Michele, you'll learn the simple process for turning out your own homemade pasta creations. He'll share his techniques for preparing a traditional Italian meal where every dish is a classic.
Begin by assembling a simple starter featuring salty prosciutto and sweet cantaloupe. Then, you'll transform fresh ingredients into ravioli pasta filled with spinach and topped with a creamy butter sage sauce. Prepare a caponata side dish with sliced zucchini, eggplant and peppers, and for dessert, whip up creamy strawberry panna cotta.
