This hands-on cooking class from Chef Michele is the perfect introduction to the basics of Italian cuisine. He'll share his secrets for bringing a culinary legacy to life in your own home kitchen, whenever the craving for Old World flavor strikes.

Begin your lesson by assembling a refreshing arugula salad topped with fennel and oranges before cooking a classic risotto with zesty lemon essence and creamy mascarpone. Then, prepare a roasted tomato side dish with fresh basil and whip up authentic zabaglione for a dessert with luxurious Italian spirit.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
