Begin by preparing a fresh salad with cabbage, carrots and edamame and drizzled with a soy ginger dressing. Your next two courses feature the ultimate comfort food dishes: Warm ramen with the flavors of coconut and curry, and dumplings filled with pork, garlic and green onions. Chef Blu will teach you how to make a creamy mango pudding with coconut milk for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
