Begin by building an authentic caprese salad, a combination of aromatic basil, creamy mozzarella and juicy tomatoes. Then, create handmade pasta dough for pappardelle topped with a creamy, dreamy Alfredo sauce. You'll also sauté Swiss chard with tangy sun-dried tomatoes and crunchy roasted pine nuts. Finish your class by assembling a classic tiramisu for dessert.

Great demonstration, he clearly has a lot of experience teaching classes and was very warm and funny while still being professional and informative. His venue is very nice and has a good amount of natural light coming in through the large windows. I would say Chef Henry is a great instructor.
