Takeout is convenient, but making your own pan-Asian favorites from scratch is infinitely more satisfying. You'll learn dumpling folding, proper stir-frying techniques and much more in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Zack.
Begin by creating a savory pork filling for dumplings, which Chef Zack will teach you to fold and pan-fry to perfection. Next, you'll fire up the stove for sizzling pork bulgogi in a soy, ginger and garlic sauce, and stir-fry a vegetable fried rice to serve alongside. Lastly, whip up a fruity mango coconut pudding for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
