Cooking Class - Basics of Stone-Fired Pizza
In this interactive cooking class, you'll get hands-on experience making three dishes completely from scratch. Follow along as you learn techniques for a classic Italian salad, and savory and sweet handcrafted pizzas.
First, Chef Dustin will show you how to build a caprese salad featuring tomatoes, creamy mozzarella and fresh basil. Then, make homemade pizza dough for a stone-fired pizza topped with fresh sauce and a variety of toppings, like herbs and cheese. Pizza stays on the menu for dessert, this time with the sweet flavors of powdered sugar and cinnamon.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
