Discover gourmet, classic French recipes that are delicious and actually easy to make at home.
In this hands-on class with Chef Michael, you'll learn how to prepare a three-course French dinner menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients and traditional French culinary techniques.
You'll begin by learning how to prepare ratatouille — a thick and silky French stew of eggplant, zucchini, sweet peppers, onion, and juicy tomatoes. Then, you'll discover that, despite its fancy name, chicken paillard is incredibly simple to make at home and even better when sided by the richer, creamier, smoother version of traditional mashed potatoes. Lastly, you'll learn how to master the elusive art of the soufflé.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
