This interactive cooking class with Chef Ofri is an incredible introduction to the art of traditional Asian dumplings. Learn authentic techniques for infusing your own take into this versatile classic dish.
Begin by steaming green pods of fresh edamame, perfect for snacking on as you work. Then, Chef Ofri will teach you how to make homemade dumpling dough and fill them with savory mixtures featuring ground pork, cabbage, vegetables and aromatic seasoning. For dessert, assemble a sweet batch of earthy green tea mochi.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
