Cooking Class - Classic Italian Flavors - Orlando

What You'll Do

Learn how to create a traditional Italian menu using simple ingredients.

In this interactive cooking class, Chef Quintin will teach you how to utilize fresh ingredients to create authentic Italian dishes, including pasta made completely from scratch.

Begin by layering vine-ripe tomatoes, mozzarella, basil and a heavy drizzle of balsamic syrup for a garden-fresh starter. Next, handcraft a flat pasta and roasted garlic tomato sauce to create a robust Bolognese served with garlic bread for a hearty entrée. Finally, prepare Italian doughnuts with chocolate ganache and fruit purée in a sweet, light dusting of sugar.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This was our first time hiring a chef. Doing something different for our 12th anniversary. We enjoyed the experience and the surf and turf menu was fresh and tasty. Quintin was professional, prepared, and punctual. We're already planning to do it again. Next time, we'll invite a few friends!

Quintin prepared a meal for the 4 of us while we were on vacation. He prepared the Caesar salad, filet with asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes, plus the crème brûlée. It was all absolutely delicious! We said it was such a nice way to enjoy a good meal. We were able to eat an excellent meal in the comfort of our rental home with first class service. Would absolutely recommend visitors to or residents of Orlando to treat themselves to a great meal with Quintin!
