WHAT YOU’LL DO

Transform fresh ingredients into four authentic and rustic Italian dishes.
Transform your kitchen into an Italian ristorante with this incredible four-course Italian cooking class. Chef Corey will teach you the techniques to craft a handful of Italian favorites completely from scratch.

First, pile crunchy bread high with tomatoes, basil, Parmesan and sweet balsamic glaze. Then, prepare the perfect tomato basil risotto topped with expertly roasted salmon, and bread and fry slices of eggplant until golden brown served with fresh marinara. For dessert, Chef Corey will show you how to make velvety panna cotta topped with mixed berries.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
