In this Thai-Japanese fusion cooking class, Chef Alejandra will show you how to prepare a delicious fusion dinner. She'll share her knowledge and stories from her times managing Thai food trucks in France as well as working in 3-star Michelin restaurants.
You'll start by learning how to prepare a green papaya salad with green beans, cherry tomatoes, and peanuts. Then she'll teach you to grill salmon in a sesame crust, which you'll enjoy alongside cold soba noodles with a refreshing ginger-lime vinaigrette. For dessert, you'll try a new take on a Thai classic by pairing grilled mango with tapioca and coconut milk.
At the end of the class everyone will sit down and enjoy the fruits of their labor together. You'll leave satisfied and ready to add some amazing Thai dishes to your meal repertoire!
Chef Alejandra welcomes guests to bring their own beer or wine to enjoy with the meal and is happy to offer recommendations.
