In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Victor will teach you tips and techniques for bringing the signature flavors of Italy to your home kitchen. Discover Italian classics beyond pizza and pasta with this rustic menu.

Begin with crostini topped with tomatoes, basil and creamy goat cheese. For the main course, Chef Victor will teach you how to prepare chicken cacciatore with fresh bell peppers, briny olives and a rich tomato and red wine sauce served over Parmesan and lemon butter risotto. Finish the meal by handcrafting a tart raspberry ricotta dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
