Learn how to make fool-proof sushi rice before rolling a diablo roll, featuring spicy tofu and smoky chipotle aioli. Transform plantains and avocado into an intriguing crispy sushi cake and learn how to assemble a poke bowl. Finish up with dessert sushi with caramelized bananas and topped with chocolate sauce.
