Begin by making grilled vegan halloumi with a touch of honey and black pepper. For the main event, learn how to craft a colorful tagine, featuring fresh vegetables on a bed of fluffy couscous, balanced out by the crisp freshness of a carrot and cilantro salad. For the sweet finale, Chef Emiliano will share the secret for a creamy cacao date mousse.
